Default Pay Pal asks for more information to raise limits

Hello

The bottom line is that I registered a new Ebay account with a name totally different to mine and an address that wasn't mine. That was for returns only, but I've never had a problem. I set up a Pay Pal in this name, and things were fine. I set up a new bank account with my real name but that was fine too.

Now, I have just gone over the yearly limit, and Pay Pal ask for more information. I cannot change the name on the account in any way. If I add in my proper address (which was the same one as used in a suspended Ebay account), will they accept that?

In retrospect, using a totally different name wasn't the greatest idea- but we live and learn.

If I was to refund the last buyer (which is what took it over the limit), and get them to pay another account, will Pay Pal go back to before it limited my account due to the income?

ANY constructive help as to what I might do now would be great.
I'm kinda stuck!

MANY THANKS!

I definitely would not have used the same address as the suspended account. Anytime you input any information that traces back to a suspended account, it puts red flags all over the place and ebay and paypal will immediately limit you or suspend you. I also wouldn't change your address because that would also look suspicious and they already have on file that you are associated with that address. Maybe just tell them that you just moved there and your not associated with anyone else that has lived there before but they may want proof of who you are. I am not the expert at getting out of that kind of situation. Something triggered the relation.

easiest way is to buy docs out this forum for 40-50, you will get proof of address and driving licence/passport copy
