When the funds are released, usually after 180 days, the money can be withdrawn to bank OR a cheque can be sent (to the stealth address, payable to the stealth name).

You cannot spend the money in a limited account.

Yes, you can add a new bank account. You may need to contact Paypal in order to do so though as the site can be extremely glitchy.

Try thanking people for their responses and you might actually get a faster response to your questions. Just a thought....
