Spend once limited?

I've got £400 in a limited PP account. Although I cannot withdraw...can I spend it?

Actually, once the funds are available, the only options you will have is to request a check and withdraw.

When the funds are released, usually after 180 days, the money can be withdrawn to bank OR a cheque can be sent (to the stealth address, payable to the stealth name).

You cannot spend the money in a limited account.

What if the bank was closed?

Yes, you can add a new bank account. You may need to contact Paypal in order to do so though as the site can be extremely glitchy.
