I see some issues:
0) bad VCC used for verification (entropay is abused already, use something less known)
1) Ip management (are you sure you've used nice IPs for the account all the time?)
2) Buying cheap items in the start (it raises big flags. i recently opened an account, bought 1 iphone case, then listed some pricey item, and got kicked off instantly due "suspicious buyer behavior")
3) Starting to sell too fast (i personally do not list anything when the account is less than 1 month old)
4) No proper cookies built (some bidding, watching and browsing is required before you can buy, and even more of them is required before you can sell)

Maybe it's the entro.If so would they accept entro statement?
Ip is new.
Yes bought few items and had some cookies build but this is pp i'm having issues not eb.
On my other accounts i started selling after 7-10 days no issues.
