PayPal account limited, reason: EntroPay

I had one account limited because the VCC I bought was from EU and Paypal was a US account. I got another VCC from the same seller, also from EU, and the US Paypal account is working fine... So like other's have said, this is hit or miss.

Being that entropay is certified by the UK Financial Services Authority. I would see why it works well in the UK.

I'm sure a US Virtual Card on a US Account would process a'lot smoother wouldn't you guys think ?
