| | | crazytaco | 01-27-2016 09:47 AM | PayPal still not withdrawing my money So I have £8K now in PayPal and its been 35 days after the limitation and still not withdrawing anything, sent about 10 emails and i've heard people being able to withdraw there money after 45 days? How? Do i threaten them with major complaints or something, take them to court, i understand why they would hold some money but £8,000 is just abusing their power. |
| JamesNorth101 | 01-27-2016 09:52 AM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money 45 days are the exceptions
Most the time it is 180 days you need to wait |

But lately funds are not being released and when you contact paypal they request ID before releasing funds. |

But lately funds are not being released and when you contact paypal they request ID before releasing funds. | how is that possible for them to request ID if after 180 days? isn't that illegal since in their user agreement ..it clearly states funds will be held for 180 days
kind of confused? |

What they state in their email isnt considered the user agreement.
And yes they do ask for id docs if you contact them. Ive even had it happen over a stupid £200 amount... |
Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money Paypal policies can be called "grey" at best - they sometimes flout them. |
| DezRfc1 | 02-04-2016 06:21 AM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money I also spent months on end emailing paypal for a release of the funds of my account and had to wait 180 days like other have said. |
| rdavidson | 02-04-2016 01:55 PM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money In a similar position - got burned today on my account, have just over £1k in there that funnily enough was pending due for release this evening. Got the limitation email earlier today and low and behold the withdrawal was pulled.
I called them and spoke away friendly to the advisor, plead my case etc and she took sympathy and has put through an appeal on my behalf asking the team to review the limitation. Normally on previous account busts, ive held no hope and they normally turn out to be rejected (the appeals) this time however, I am somewhat hopeful. If not, I no doubt will be subjected to the 180 days wait for my cash. |
| mhmhmh1111 | 02-04-2016 05:54 PM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money has anyone passed with sending an ID for stealth account? i have a substantial amount in a few paypal accounts..i don't see how it's legal for them to just deny you getting your money after 180 days
mine are well over the 180 day mark
someone has to have some info |
| technokidd1 | 02-04-2016 08:46 PM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money If your over the mark, you can call them have your account funds released you don't have to be scared or threatening. I talk them just fine, Even if you were up to something no good or it's just a stealth account. It's none of the rep's business if the account is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ the money is legally "The Account Holder's" which is you my friend, tell them what you waited your time and you are calling for the release and bring up the 180 portion of there policy if need be. Please note they can hold it for a maximum of 180 days but in 45 days of no problems and with a call to there support you can have them release it just fine. I just recommend you don't hide behind email because they really don't have to respond and its not a priority to the rep who can help you, but when speaking to that rep over the phone it's a different story. |

then why are people saying "paypal requests id after 180 days"
kind of confused on that part and see what feedback is before proceeding |
| Bunneh | 02-04-2016 09:23 PM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money If you call paypal after the 180 days they will ask you to resend the id to enable you to withdraw it.
They dont care whose money it is, they can and do refuse to release it.
So just wait patiently for the withdrawal email. |

| bballaw1 | 02-04-2016 09:44 PM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money 45 days. I have 9 accounts with that limitation now. if it goes past 45 then unfortunately you will be waiting until July |

So just wait patiently for the withdrawal email. | not sure if you read..but i'm way past the 180 days..i just didn't realize how much i had in those accounts,i tried calling earlier but was on hold for almost an hour and i couldn't wait..i'll call in tomorrow
my question is if they request an id to withdraw after 180 days for a stealth? that hasn't been answered..i've searched the forums..but have seen no concrete answer |
| Bunneh | 02-04-2016 10:38 PM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money Yes doesnt matter if your account is on real details or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ones. They will ask you for id.
Did you not get an automatic email to say you are now able to withdraw? |

Did you not get an automatic email to say you are now able to withdraw? | yes i have received the email..so my question is still how to pass the id? are they strict? i mean..i can send an ID on whatever account..but is it that easy or are they strict? |
| Bunneh | 02-05-2016 03:03 AM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money Well firstly if you have the email have you tried to withdraw?
You can only withdraw to a bank nothing else.
The only time you need to call paypal is of you have the email and then go to the resolution centre on paypal and there is still a CROSS against the word withdraw.
If there is a TICK then you can add a bank and withdraw? |

kind of confused? | They change the rules as they want.
They also say funds release is at their own whims...
Of course they do not use those exact words.

Maybe if you stop changing your question people will give you the answer.
And the answer to this question is YES!
Of course it matters.
If if didnt matter then it wouldnt be a problem calling in would it?
If paypal think your id is foofoo and your account details are foo foo they are not going to say "sure take your money"
You obviously have to look as real as possible. |
| auctionessistance | 02-07-2016 08:09 PM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money One client we had received a message that they needed an ID in order for them to withdraw after 180 days.
Odd thing was, nothing was ever submitted and he was still able to get the money withdrawn a week or so later to his bank without email or calling up PayPal.
Does this happen all the time? Not sure, but it was a weird instance. |

In the UK its pretty rare to get it sooner than the 180 days | Not as rare as you may think. All my stealth accounts I get the funds after 45 days.
Example:
PayPal get limited for breaching Acceptable Use Policy and you receive the 180 days limitation email. Serious stuff. If you then purposely "link" your PayPal account to another limited account you then get the "Your accounts have been restricted" email which states funds will be held for 45 days. Once 45 has passed you pop an email to Executive Esc and they release the funds no questions asked.
Done this on well over 100 accounts and never waited 180 days. |

interesting, i don't operate paypal UK but that seems pretty smart. |

Thanks Quote:

What is it you email them out of question? | I email executiveoffice@paypal.com, aup@paypal.com and euaup@paypal.co.uk
I simply pull up the 45 days email and reply to it with the following:
Dear Paypal,
As stated in the email below you will hold my funds for a period of 45 days. As this time has now passed it would be appreciated if you can release them and make them eligible for withdrawal.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
XXX
Within 12 hours of this email I always get the "Your funds are now eligible for withdrawal" email. |
| JamesNorth101 | 02-10-2016 06:05 AM | Re: PayPal still not withdrawing my money That's pretty incredible....
I know a lot of people have tried exactly that in the past with a very very low success rate
One thing you may want to look at though is why you are getting so many accounts limited. 100 PayPal accounts limited is very very high |

Got to a stage now where I'm just creating new accounts on a routine basis.
What's even more incredible is that the eBay account I am using remains fully active with no policy breaches despite the fact I have associated over 100 PayPal accounts to it and selling high risk items. |

It has to check out. The front as well as the back. Address can be different because people move Whichever State you, stealth reside...the dates, year issued, Ex date. Nsync.
