paypal requested personal info confirmation (but i forgot the DOB) HELP?
ive been selling on a faux account i have with faux details, only *57 so not far in,
as per the title, i know this is a common problem and have read a fair few relevent posts but not found a definitive answer.
firstly i recieved this
Your account has been limited (Routing Code: C 826-L 003-Q190-T1830)
You have received €2,500 or more in total payments to your PayPal account
in this calendar year. PayPal is required by law to comply with European
Union Anti-Money Laundering regulations by collecting information from
customers when they receive more than €2,500 in total payments within a
calendar year. Until you provide us with the information we need, your
account will be limited. You won’t be able to send or withdraw any money
using PayPal, however, you may still be able to receive payments.
it asked me to confirm a few details like address etc, which i just copied directly from my PP details so hopefully couldnt go wrong as they already have those details on file.
BUT i couldnt remember the date of birth i used when i signed up.. therefore i got thie following message
We weren't able to confirm the personal information you entered online, so we need you to upload or fax some documents.

Any official government issued ID (issued by the Army, Police or Diplomatic forces)

i am now unable to send or withdraw money so essentially the money is trapped min there, its only £300, so not much to many of you, but i am going on holiday at the end of the month thats the only reason i sold the items
any help would be appreciated
