Have dozens of limited paypal accounts, and getting through to a manager or someone higher up who can manually add your bank account is usually the only way. Unfortunately, it's nearly impossible.
Just try calling up paypal and asking to speak to the boss if you don't believe me. They'll do everything in their power to keep you on the phone while they go through their checklist as slowly as possible. You'll be put on hold multiple times, maybe hung up on, but eventually you'll be back to square one. You can spend hours on the phone with these level 1 tech support kids in India and never get your bank account added. |
