Their are times I call PayPal and their are times I do not and in your case I would not of called in I could see that happening to you.

I would of sent them what they asked for.

You can make one up.

On stealth accounts you need to push the boat out a bit otherwise your not get anyhere.

How would you ever lift your receiving limit if your not prepared to try?

When I create a stealth account I always have everything in hand as I know what PayPal are like I know PayPal ask for stuff so I make sure I have what they want from me.

I would just upload anything they want from me, as I would do on a real account I treat my stealth accounts like they are my real accouts best way to be.
