Paypal request information what to do?
 

Hello,
Paypal just limited my account because an Entropy card, They are asking for card statement and National ID

This paypal account is not stealth haves real information.
I send them the National ID
And for mistake i send them bank statement not card statement
But how should i do because i don't have entropay card statement and i delete that card long time ago..??

How can i solve this problem

First question: can you provide a genuine copy of all the document they might ask?

If so, since it is not a stealth account I would personally call them and clarify the situation.

I would not make up stories, I will go straight telling them how the account has been set up and asking them how you can overcome the situation.

All the above is just "my feeling" I have no experience of a similar situation. Wait for other members to chime in.

i just got lift off, everything is ok now.
i just told them that that card was a temporal card from my bank and i did not have no more.

Is entropay provided statment on their logo ?
i dont think so they provide that
