Paypal Account limited?

Hi, I'm new here :D

Anyway, to my case, my paypal account was limited last month and I haven't been able to get any help with it untill I found this forum.

Here is the issue, as my account is a new account and registered under ⊗⊗⊗⊗ credentials, it somehow got limited under the reason "Someone may have tried to access your account etc..."

In the resolution center, I have to complete 3 tasks,
1. Add a credit card/ debit card.
2. Change your password
3. Update security questions.

Obviously I have completed the last 2 tasks, but even after getting a VCC to resolve the first issue, Paypal rejects the card and repeats "Your account is limited, please view the resolution center blah blah". Basically, I am in this situation, I have to add a credit card to remove my limitations, but I cannot because of these same limitations.

I have contacted PayPal support and they have asked for address proof etc. as an alternative to the above. What happens?

What do you mean, what happens?

It looks like you may have to start work with a new PayPal account. If you can't verify the letter they'll send to your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, or add a vcc then what else can you do?

Have you tried a entropay prepaid card?
