My paypal says

We cant send your payment right now. If you
keep running into this issue please contact paypal.

I tried to even send smaller amounts.
If I can get my funds out I'll close the paypal . I'm tried of the issues

Try sending less than £20.

This is a n issue with younger accounts.
How old is this account?
Also, what type of payment are you trying to send?

Less than a month.
I needed to send some funds to a clients paypal via pay for good and services using client paypal email.
Pls what can I do now.I need the funds urgently.

Hello,

I have a similar issue before, just wait 24 hours and then try to send money, if you still can,t send money, then install paypal app on your mobile phone and send money through PayPal app.

The only way to do this is lower the amounts or wait and keep trying.
Try $1 at a time, if you have to.....

Are you using PP from a new IP/Computer? If yes then you need to age your account a little more on the new IP/PC before sending.

Also if there are issues with the account you are sending to then you will get the same message.

Here is a trick that might work, you could ask him to send you $1 then add him to your friends list on PP, wait for 24 hours and send him first $20 then after 48 hours send him the rest of the money.

this happens a lot on new accounts.

Usually happens on funds that have only just arrived into the paypal account, so paypal put a 'soft limit' onto the paypal account which usually goes away within 72 hours from the first time you tried to withdraw.

Why would they ask you to call in to verify an account, do you mean you have a limitation?

I have 2 accounts with different issues, the one is this error ""We cant send your payment right now. If you keep running into this please contact paypal"""
I emailed them about this and All they say is to be patient.., clear cookies, ask for invoice from person I want to pay, then when I got back to them that all had failed, they arrogantly as usual told me to use another payment method instead of paypal..

The other Account is the issue of asking for sms verification before I can send payment.
Now you know what happens with that, you get the error " This Number doesnt seem to be registered to you blah blah"""
But the number attached was verified with SMS when account was being set up..
Again after a few emails back and forth, they tell me to call in to verify the number...

Perhaps it would help if you told us what Country the account is in, is the original number alive? do you have access to the original number?

Which is the primary phone for Paypal, GV or Sonetel? Also...are you running your accounts in separate Windows user accounts?

Accounts are sat on dedicated RDP's
GV is the primary, I added the Sonetel as home number knowing its OK to receive calls to my burner cell if they ever called the sonetel number..
