Default paypal limited

My paypal got limited today. I am suspecting that too many sales within 1 month ( change of selling pattern).
Anyway paypal are asking for a bunch of usual stuff ID,Invoices,Tracking numbers etc.
BUT
i noticed they are also asking to 'CONFIRM BANK ACCOUNT'.

Now I just attached a VBA a long time ago and never added a real bank.
How am I going to confirm this? also paypal will not allow me to remove or add a bank at time ... what can I do?
I could come up with the other things but this is where I am stuck.

Have to start fresh with new eBay/PayPal pair with new IP address.

If you need money meanwhile, you might want to ask to list on friends/family eBay accounts or consign it to an eBay seller who might offer services

Going to be hard to confirm a VBA account added long ago - in this case, worth calling up paypal and try to have an agent change up the list....you will have be a bit talkative and hope for the best.

Keep in mind, this laundry list request can still end badly when you comply - you might not be reinstated...just saying

This is a picture of what Paypal are asking for: I don't know if they really want it or have already made up their minds to shut me down.

With a list like that its pretty unlikely that they will unlimit the account

If you have the time to spare then there is no harm in trying, but just don't put to much hope on it.

I'm honestly so fed up by all this EB/PP
If its not EB then its PP.
So disappointed, considering getting a job as this is so flaky and seriously not working for me :(

yes I have around 4, but the EB have low selling allowances.
The only EB with high selling allowance now has the darn PP limited.

What was the reason for the PP limitation?

I seriously don't know. I am just thinking it was a spike in sales.
plus two iphones sold this month, but this account was around 12 months old.

Was that spike in sales with the same type of item/price you've been selling the past 12 months or did you start with a new product line?

Age of your account(s) doesn't mean anything, it's all about the activity behind it. If you make a drastic change to your product line/average price, it's usually best to just view that account's trust level as a day 1 project-- start slow & build overtime.

Also since you don't have a real b/a attached, were you leaving the money from sales in there or using alternative methods to withdraw? Depending on how you were utilizing the money from sales, that might have a been an additional red flag combined with the increased sales.

I left the money untouched in the paypal.
The product line I started with was used, then last month I started on selling New condition.
Used was around $9 and new was priced $21.
Only sold about 30 of them and additionally two new iphones.

I think they linked your account to another old account that you've had and they want to say adios. You can go through the motions with this (as I have done- chances are once completed they`ll ask for more stuff) until eventually you receive the parting of ways email. I feel your pain :(

Sorry for not giving you "real" answers, although there was one of "start a new Ebay/PayPal pair."

You can't confirm a bank account. Who cares about the reasons. It won't help you. I had the same issue with one of my stealth accounts and I wasted all my energy trying to fix it....and ended up just starting up a new Ebay/PayPal account.

Concerning VBA, You have to call Paypal.
You can call and say (play stupid) you want me to confirm my bank account, but my bank account is already confirmed, and you want me to confirm it again? (generally they will add a note manually that this is already verified / solved)

It happened to me the last 3 times, and everytime it was solved like this.

Note: if they accept to allow you to remove your bank and add another one then remove it and add a new VBA (tell them the other one is not active anymore - you closed it)
but based on what I experienced this is unlikely to happen, they always preferred to bypass this limitation requirement, over allowing you to remove a bank account that is already linked to your account.
