PayPal Limited but I can Withdraw Funds question

Hi, my paypal was limited until I give a tax ID (SSN or EIN).
I had a bigger month on my account than expected ($3,000+) and only about $6000 for the year.

My PayPal is limited (I can't receive money or close account), but I was able to withdraw my funds, which I did.

Should I:
1) Just wait until January 1st to see if it resets and then sell on eBay using this paypal account with original Ebay/PayPal pair?

OR

2) Use a NEW email connected to a NEW PayPal w/verified bank account...and just sell until it gets shut down?

OR

3) Just abandon the eBay/PayPal pair since they're connected and money was already withdrawn?

OR

...some other suggestion?


I have about 12 stealth accounts and this one has been around since February, 2016, s I can afford to experiment with this one, but would be interested to see what other board members would do....

I would use your other accounts.... seems like the most logitical answer

What are they asking for? ID? Invoices?
