Wait I'm in the exact situation as you. Damn you got denied? Shipment info and available inventory are the 2 that are going to mess me up. And how did the info get denied?

I also got limited.
Paypal asked me:

Provide proof of your address.
Confirm your indentity.
Provide shipment info.
Confirm available inventory.

I can provide all,but not "available inventory". Because I receive goods from Ukraine like Milk thistle. My friend send me stuff from Ukraine.Of course without invoices,receipts.
After that I send to my customers through USPS.

So I can send to paypal DL,confirm mobile phone, and provide track numbers.
But what you suggest to do with "available inventory"???

I am in the same position my photo id gets accepted but my shipping invoices don't. Anyone have legit shipping invoices?

What do you sell?
For example you can buy something like your stuff and draw more quantity on invoice.

i had this same problem its just wierd to me they ask for some non proforma invoices but most the companies just draw up invoices using word etc
