Guys , for limited paypal's accounts need documents remember it .
If your paypal have real bank, when your paypal working , then you don't have this problems, but if you want add new bank in limited paypal after 45 or 180 days passed then need send documents, and sometimes need reply on security questions for agent if you call .
(Credit history or background report) agent need sure he/she speak with HOLDERs paypal accounts.
