To confirm you're the account holder
 

I received a payment of $4500 from ebay and my paypal account was suspended. They requires me to provide information to confirm that I'm the account holder. I used to received several times of payment around $5000 two months ago and it was fine. I was trying to complete the ID interview and paypal said the information I entered didn't match the one on file. I didn't submit any files before. Now they are requesting attestator to confirm my ID

"You must submit an attestation from a commissioner of oaths or a guarantor attesting that they have seen your original, non-expired birth certificate, passport, provincial health card*, or driver's license. A guarantor must be a Canadian citizen and can be: a dentist, medical doctor, chiropractor, judge, magistrate, lawyer, notary (in Quebec), notary public, optometrist, pharmacist, professional accountant, professional engineer, or veterinarian. The attestation must be submitted on a legible copy of your identity document and must include:

The name, profession, and address of the attestor (commissioner of oaths or guarantor).
The signature of the attestor.
The type and number of your identity document."

How can I solve this problem? Shall I send them attestator's letter, where can I get this doc or should I tell paypal my account was hacked and I will need to send my ID copy?

If you do have ID to provide, you don't need to tell them you were hacked. Just call them up and be direct about it.
