Default Paypal US Account
Hey guys so i'm trying to Purchase a US Paypal Account from the StealthShop. My only concern is can I link a a brand new Canadian bank account which is TD bank That hasn't been linked to my suspended Paypal acc.
Would i be able to withdraw funds with a Canadian bank account if i purchase a US Stealth Account.

No, you cannot add a Canadian bank account to a US Paypal.
