There is no way they would have intentionally scammed you.

This is why I didn't want to mention their name
The funds aren't delayed it's been a week

G2A must have a customer support, please speak to them and provide all relevant information such as transaction ID, etc.

Since I made a PP claim they will not help in customer support.

Now getting back to the topic. What do I do to get my money back?

As I said, never make a claim with a large site such as that.
They are a business and PayPal will never go against them.
There is nothing you can do.
Personally I think it's a waste of money. Were you planning on buying a knife or something? Definitely could've spent money wiser, but it's not my decision.

Sorry, there's nothing further you can do unless someone wants to correct me. I think you should learn a valuable and expensive lesson.

I'm gonna have to break it to ya but the internet is a messed up cruel place so don't expect any miracles.

Regardless, GOOD LUCK!

Never do disputes. Always escalate them right away to claim. Pick "virtual goods" and you win. Say you never received nothing.
In case they submit some faxes about transaction to pp, they will rule (in worst scenario) to seller.
If it happens (which is extremely rare for virtual goods), you convert case to "not as described" and say same thing NEVER EVER RECEIVED NOTHING TO WALLET/ADDRESS PROVIDED.
In 99.99% of time they ask you to upload ic3 report. Go to ic3.gov and file complaint. As soon as you file it they lay off their responsibility for your money to fbi and give you a refund

Re: How do I win this dispute?

As I've said I called support to escalate it straight away but the idiot didn't do that and I noticed after a couple of hours.
I don't think I would be able to call PP and say to reopen for not as described and telling them that I didn't receive them..maybe I can say that they added only $10 to my account?
Who will ask me for ic3 report?

are you sure you are not in a queue to get verified - I know that company often asks for ID and cancels if you do not provide it.....maybe it got cancelled and is stuck somewhere...
