Using a friend's US Paypal account for business

I'm drop shipping with my Shopify store (no Ebay)

But Paypal is not operating in my country and my buyers just want to use Paypal.

I tried stealth accounts and also created some from several countries.

But in the end all accounts stuck in legal docs like invoices, SSN or EIN. And also withdrawal is a pain in the a**. So that's the point I just can't move forward.

Yes, I know these docs can be bought as ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and that can work too but I want to try with one of my friend in US, so he's going to create a business Paypal for his name.

I want to learn about US business accounts needs before signing up. Like;
EIN is mandatory? Anyone can get EIN from online or need to visit a legal office? How taxing works?

If your not in the US, you need to change your flag to your actual Country.

You understand that your friend will have to file all the income in their Income Tax....so you basically are going to be making money and he will be getting none of it.

If your out of the Country you would need to get a TIN.
