Same here, they removed the bank step. I have confirmed my bank. PayPal doing strange things to their site. :confused:

I think they are starting to realize the power of Cryptos and they are making it more easier for people to join Paypal. Paypal will soon be obsolete. I predict in 10years, Paypal will be no more.

Some people have seen this change, others have not. If you're in the US/UK I highly doubt they will ever remove bank verification/bank withdrawals. If we could all withdraw to cards well, it would be too easy.
