Can a dispute be appealed second time

Did you ever got to appeal a dispute the second time?

You can do yes

INR and then ISND. You can even then do it a third time.

If you'd knew my case, I paid $240 to add credit to an online wallet.
Saying ISND and that I received only $10 wallet and requesting $230 will do the trick?(no scam.)

So I lost the case once(INR(, then by calling I could reopen it again(as INR, that's why I called), now it doesnt give me any option. By calling them, can I reopen as INR again or only as ISND?

Re: Can a dispute be appealed second time

we know your case from the other thread...yes call them....and try and reopen as a SNAD....
your problem still is the same though, you told them it was virtual goods that was INR....

Re: Can a dispute be appealed second time

Update.
Case got closed(SNAD), with the reason it's not subject to buyer protection. I called USA support(im from europe tho) and I requested them to take me to the claim department. I talked to a guy, I told him my story and I was angry on phone and he said he will look what can he do. after 5 minutes hold(horrible hold at claim department, no music), he told me that he double check every detail and that I have two options
1. Submit a request to "credit department" to get my account credited with that amount(of the case), should receive an answer till 72 hrs
2. Appeal the case again, if it's denied then he will fill a request to credit department to get my acc credited with that amount.
I told him I choose the first option and he said he will make SURE that I will get my money to my account. He said in case the request is declined, I will get an email informed about this but he promised me I will get the money.

What do you guys think, will I get me my money back?

Re: Can a dispute be appealed second time

I find it strange that this person that answered the phone, says they will make sure you get the money back, so I am cynical BUT this answer is alot better than I would have expected from them....

update us...hopefully someone is sympathetic to your case.....

)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
recently on one of my disputes I called in about 10 times and case was appealed around 5-6 times, talked to 4 supervisors until the final one solved the problem.
the trans was not related to ebay though.
appeal as much as you want (have to call in each time)

P.s.: also the appeal dpt waroks separate from CS dpt - they reopen and it is transfered to appeal dpt.
Make sure to talk the right person in CS to solve it right now ot convince him to solve it. Because right after reopening the appeal - there's 95% chance you will get same deny as the supervisor told me "the appeal dpt rep usually does not look the whole story - he just looks at last notes/info left by previous rep" - if nothing pretty much changed (docs, faxes, facts, trackings......) from last deny - HUGE chance they close it again

Re: Can a dispute be appealed second time

Hey, could you please explain a bit more?
what's a CS?
I am from Europe but I can call us support, can you explain what should I tell them?
About my case, appealed 3 times then changed reason to SNAD. 72 hours and I get an answer

Re: Can a dispute be appealed second time

I was answering about "if it can be reopened more than once".
About your subject. Had to deal with virtual goods both - through ebay and without.
If it's a well-established company of virtual goods most likely you will not get money back (also lesser the risk you get defrauded). If its some guy or ebay regular seller - they have no chance against you.
CS means customer service
If you have usa pp most likely they sooner than later the'll ask for police report from ic3, after that give you a refund. If pp is other country - not sure
Just keep calling and explaining everything. Iit is a big matter of what person you get on the line, so keep drawing until u get the good one who fixes the issue for u - and always ask for supervisors, regular rep doesnt know a **** most of the time

Re: Can a dispute be appealed second time

Ok. I've read a pp blog post and it says "PayPal can even cover the purchase cost in instances where there is no proof that the seller or buyer is at fault."
is it true?and how can you ask for it?

Re: Can a dispute be appealed second time

I think I shouldn't ask them for it, if I call them they should offer it to me.
