Arrow Risky or safe? opinions apprecitated

Last week I got the email asking for SSN OR EIN, I do have an ein to use but ignored it for now. Last night I got an email my account is limited due to 3 items that I sold for less than $8 that I shipped without tracking number (tracking cost $2.67 to ship them and it doesnt make sense profit wise) and 3 of the 170 customers said they didnt receive the items and I no problem 100% refunded all 3. Well now paypal limited my account because of it. Asking for SSN, photo id, proof of shipping, invoice of where im getting my items. This is a stealth account so I cant provide that. So my only option is to wait the 180 days to have access to the 4k in the paypal account. My question here is my ebay account has perfect feedback and my sales have continued since my paypal was limted yesterday and Ive still shipped everything out (with tracking). Is it safe to keep selling on the account if I can afford to wait the 180 days to get the money from the items? Thanks

Your PayPal won't accept the payments and your buyers on eBay will be stuck with "can't process this payment at this time" error

They have been accepting them, Ive sold 11 items all payments accepted in last hour. Says I can receive payments on the "what you can do when account is limited" screen

Wh0re the thing out for the next 45 days as long as you have a bank attached.....just think you will have nothing to worry about. I can push through 10k more a month when it is limited and low risk. Declare the income on your taxes and don't go over 19K.

As long as you can click revise the item, then save it, you know the paypal is fine. You won't get a notification otherwise and if it is perm banned you are correct you will get that message and never know until a customer emails you or log on to your paypal account.

From time to time I just click on a item listed hit revised and just save it and that is a sanity check that the account is not perm banned.
