Echeck from a return request on my stealth paypal.

Hi,
So one of my buyer start a return request but I didnt have enough fund in my paypal since it was on hold it cause paypal to start a echeck to withdraw from my bank account of $40 dollars. Will it cost my paypal account problem when they find out the name is mismatch on the account??It a paypal business account.

It's likely PP will discover the account mismatch once they attempt to debit the $40 from your bank. You are likely to get a limitation asking for docs such as ID and Bank Statements. They may also remove this bank account from your profile so it can't be used again.

I know from experience echecks transfers can't be cancelled even by PayPal. They need to be allowed to run their course until a return code that tells PP the account name does not match.
