Paypal asked for ID or phone verification on new account logging from same PC same IP
 

Created four new paypal accts yesterday. Today, when I logged in, they all asked me for phone verification or ID. Paypal told me it is unauthorized access. I created them yesterday and each of them are logged in from the same user and same IP when I created them.

Does it a glitch? Happened before?

Aliyun. I use this server for all my other Paypal but with no issue at all. Static IP.

So is this a US PayPal your trying to make or another countries?

New user account and new IP per account is needed

I meant it is new user account and new IP for the new acct. At the time when I logged in my acct and realized my acct is limited, I used the same user account and same IP as the one I created it.

China IP is under extra scrutiny.

Try US-based VPS (you may need to explore a bit -- many service providers are on blacklist).

Seems like you're having a wide variety of strange issues from all your threads, I'm thinking you're doing something wrong when you create your accounts, or linking them, or something.

Maybe you should start from scratch and re-read the stealth guide.

I figured out the reason finally. It was because of the VCC. I am using loadoo. It is either because it doesnt support china paypal anymore or doesnt work under unverified status anymore. All my other new accounts with other VCC brand works well. Thanks for your kind help.

can you create china paypal with US IP? i thought has to be same country IP,

I heard china paypla is very easy to make and they dont ask for many documents

I am not sure if you can do this. I did used China IP to create a US paypal, it got limited the next day. You can try and put no money on it.

Yes it is easy to make. You only need a VCC to have it fully verified. But it is also easy to got limited. Once limited, they asked for at least five kinds of documents.

It's because you are using cheap services like IPs and such... Your methods are flawed.

I dont think it is because of the cheap stuff, it is because the IP and country is diiferent. When you created a paypal in a different country and do nothing, it is fine. But if you put a transaction, then it is a problem.
