Hi,

Trying to create a non stealth account for my stepdad, which he said i can use.

Have entered his nationwide card details in to confirm the visa card and when i click confirm card it says:

This card is not accepted. Please use a different card.

Can anybody help? He has never used paypal before he doesn't even know what it is!

First, it needs to be accepted by Paypal, obviously there's something wrong with that card not being accepted by PP and it is not because there is NO MONEY in there.

Takes them approximately 5 milliseconds to run a test charge on a card, so I don't see why that couldn't be the reason it's being rejected.

Any luck after adding money, OP?
