Is there a 21 day hold on gifted or transferred PayPal money?
 

I'm wondering because I've been banned from PayPal for almost over a year now. Does PayPal use the 21 day hold on gifted and transferred money (I.e the other method they charge for) . I do know that there's a hold on almost all eBay items.

If they think there's something fishy with the transfer, they may hold it and start asking questions......you plan on using F&F transfers between PayPals?

Yes somebody needs to send me money all they have is PayPal I was thinking about buying a stealth account which i need anyways after paypal ruined my ebay business for no reason last year. I need the money fast though do you think there's a difference on these transfers depending if I get a cheap stealth account and an expensive stealth account? Might be just worth just getting a good account with lifted receiving limits if it means I can receive this money from my friend straight away [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]

Chances are if you buy an account from here and receive a F&F payment as your first transaction it will be held by Paypal, regardless of how much you pay for the account. Frankly you would be lucky in that scenario because they've been known for shutting down accounts that start out with that type of payment. Receiving that type of payment early in an account's life makes it look like you are trying to move money around your Paypal accounts while avoiding Paypal fees.

People these days want instant gratification. Nobody wants to work hard for something worthwhile.
