paypal error message

I have to submit docs for hitting the receiving limit. getting the following error message when adding my address, name etc... "premier.auto_verification_failed_undefined"
Anybody know what this means and how to get on to next stage?

That looks like a glitch to me... can you wait till the end of day and come back into your account and see if it still persists?

thanks for replies. Tried different browsers and clearing cookies. In fact I've tried everything but still getting this error message.
