verifying new checking account w new phone

how do you verfiy checking account with a new phone number i register but always says this number doesnt appear to be registered in your name to verify the bank info i adding. I just added the phone number few minutes ago to because the old number i forgot info on it. How i go about this
after adding this new number i refreshed paypal but still on to do list but phone verified fine

It take time for number to appear for verification any where from 1-3 months.

You have to wait till 2 or 3 months for security reasons
