Bad stealth somewhere in your setup. Give more details if you want suggestions. USA account on USA IP buying from USA Seller?

Seems like there's been an influx of these errors from Paypal lately.

Holiday season is coming up, so I wonder if they are starting to do something again that cause these glitches... if they are indeed glitches.

The issue is being caused by your VPS then. Are you running your account from two different browsers? If so this could be a cookie issue.

This is almost certainly a security problem, cookies or IP related. Double check your setup and make sure you are following stealth protocol.
You might also try logging in from another IP or using the mobile app as well.

I have been getting the same error message on my 5 year old stealth eBay buying account with 900 purchases and even when I entered a new debit card number still won't process. I have a feeling it's their error glitch. I bought something Friday and yesterday and today no worky!

A glitch it is because now after 3 days of not being able to use my regular debit card it now works. That's messed up! Can't make a purchase because PP has a glitch. I mean that from a sellers point of view. I bought on Amazon because of it. LOL
