old ebay new pp

i have been using a new paypal (in terms of selling, opened in 2008 but no selling record) on an old ebay and the funds are going to pending, the ebay has a lot of sales with 140+ feedback... is this normal from paypal to do or is it an ebay hold?

Yeah it's normal. That's going to happen any time you start receiving payments on a Paypal account which either hasn't received payments in a while, or has never received payments.

It can be a long term, you just have to start SLOW.. My PP is till here 5+ years
