eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Does anyone get 0 holds on their paypal?

I had a new account that held randomly but some payment were instant, the account was only 2 weeks old, and it would have cleared funds from some 100$+ sales right away, weirdest thing ive ever seen with paypal. and also i ran $4500 on it in 30 days and never got limited, but im afraid to withdrawl... im waiting until 30 days after last sale

and here I am trying to let my accounts age to 3 months to get instant payments. :doh:

this account is some sort of anomaly or glitch tho, 3 months age to get instant payment is the right way to go

I guess I need to just suck it up and accept that fact that Paypal sucks and the holds seem to be based on how "safe" PayPal feels a transaction is (whatever that means).

It's really annoying, specially the account is one of my best ones.

Before I messed up my ebay account, at one point Paypal had a 5% 90-day rolling reserve on my account. That also sucked!
