Hi paypal wants a Security check an ask to verify phone but when i try it says, the number doesn't appear to be registered in your name it's the same phone i opened the account with it was Verifed before.. What can i do? Anybody find away to get pass this it driving me NUTS!!!!!

Yes i am real phone worked when i verified the account an a few times after that for withdraws but not now not sure what to do next

it happened to me 2 months ago,i tried to add 200 new phone numbers but no success ,it giving me same your message.
I wait 2 days and I tried but the verification still needs,i wait 1 week and the same,i wait 15 days and the verification gone.
what happened to me is I signed in to my account by mistake and I didn't use VPN ,the system recognized me as risk.and I know that I make a mistake.
so if you are using vpn try to use good a safe one. just wait 15 days ,don't sign in to your paypal and everything will be ok..

Not using VPN, using cox cable an same computer for 6 months

I replaced the primary number on my PayPal account with a online service number and tried to add it to confirm identity but it said that "it looks like this number isn't registered in your name paypal" :doh:

In this case, do I need to use the real phone number?
