Risky to give tracking numbers to PP?
 

Remove 21 day hold and "build trust" with PP by shipping fast and uploading tracking numbers to PP, got it.

But the tracking number reveals where shipment originated from, so if my stealth account has address in Ohio and my tracking numbers all reveal where I'm really shipping from, does that tend to cause problems with them?

It's perfectly fine as long as it gets to the buyer... I've done this thousands of times

Yup doesn't matter a lot of people drop ship from different locations or have warehouses that they ship from.

I do this often, the goods are sometimes shipped from different states than what's registered with EB or PP. It will be fine.

YOu actually asked a good question. Seems like you are reading up on the ebay stealth as well, so you are on the right path.

I have an account based in one state but ships from another state. It has been fine.
Even if your PP is in a different state and you buy the label based on that state, but when the USPS scans it locally, it doesn't really matter.
