Is it safe to send money from stealth to stealh

I need to fund a small amount, under $100, to one of my stealth accounts due to a chargeback. Can I safely send funds from another stealth?

As a one time thing that's fine.

Just dont make a habit of it, as that can create a hard link.

if the stealth pp that you are going to credit is new then no need. if its pld then its ok,they will know that both pp accounts are linked.

Shouldn't be a problem assuming the two accounts are problem free and as long as you dont make a habit of it - dont create a pattern for paypal to see as that could link the accounts.
