Usually that happens when your cookies are gone so they think you are using a new device.
On the other hand, Amazon is ramping up their login process by adding a 2 step verification next month. So this could be PP answer to what amazon is doing too. |

| glacier922 | 10-20-2017 01:27 PM | Re: Does paypal ask you guys to verify captcha on every account? Maybe it's because I'm using the same Firefox portable across accounts? It's not updated, and yes @saijin, it's across all accounts. |

Do you use only one firefox portable on one user account? I use it all in one user account, and i separate each firefox portable in it's on folder, 0001, 0002, 0003 as each account. |

| glacier922 | 10-20-2017 05:15 PM | Re: Does paypal ask you guys to verify captcha on every account? Ok, anyone know which thread was to check for flash cookies? Either that, or which version of Firefox portable do you all use? Can you please provide link? Thanks. |

Yea, I definitely wouldn't even think of using the same browser for more than 1 account...
If I were in security and I see multiple people logging in from the same location and browser, I'd trigger a flag. |
| nickopedia | 10-20-2017 11:46 PM | Re: Does paypal ask you guys to verify captcha on every account? As previously mentioned, DO NOT install the eBay App if you are using an Android/iphone mobile device while tethering. Even if the app is not running or signed in, it might give you away, not worth the risk. |

If I were in security and I see multiple people logging in from the same location and browser, I'd trigger a flag. | But the thing is it isn't the same browser. It's a separate installed portable firefox in it's own separate folder though. |

| nickopedia | 10-21-2017 12:17 AM | Re: Does paypal ask you guys to verify captcha on every account? There is "something" amiss with your setup/browser if you keep getting this captcha verification. Maybe LSO's or something else causing "leaks" such as DNS? Who knows.
Have you tried using another device/computer entirely? |
| glacier922 | 10-21-2017 12:32 AM | Re: Does paypal ask you guys to verify captcha on every account? Do you know that other thread that explained how to check for LSO? For the life of me I can't find it w/ the search bar. thanks. |

Oh, so all the cookies and everything else are separated completely?
Still I'm suspecting something is leaking... perhaps the flash is? |
| nickopedia | 10-21-2017 03:44 AM | Re: Does paypal ask you guys to verify captcha on every account? There is another thread that discusses the captcha issue: https://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal...ime-i-log.html
I strongly suspect the problem is with your setup; the IP address you are using, LSO (flash) files, or a combination. if you have access to another network (such as a public wifi) that might help isolate the cause.
The sooner you resolve this the better. Only test with one of your accounts until you figure it out, as you may have already toasted the others if a hard link exists between the accounts because due to an improper browser/profile configuration. |

This is why I've always been hesitant to run multiple eBay's from the same windows user account. All my accounts are isolated in VM's. |

| glacier922 | 10-21-2017 08:31 PM | Re: Does paypal ask you guys to verify captcha on every account? Well I checked adobes website, the one where u can see the flash cookies installed and flash is not even installed on my Firefox portable, so it's not flash cookies. |
