VERIFY IDENTITY LOOP while adding new bank acct
Today i tried to link a new bank acct using the instant verification option using my usual phones browser with cookies in place. The text from my bank arrived with the code. After I entered the code the 'verify your identity' popped up. I chose to send the text to my 2nd registered phone number (my cell). My first registered is a gvoice.
I received the code and after entering it and clicking 'submit' , it started from the beginning asking again to verify my identity in a loop. So I just closed out the browser without trying again. Any suggestions? Thanks you.
I currently have 3 older bank accounts linked but can no longer withdraw to 2 of them and one of them has a levee.
This being my only stealth I use, I've used the app , I shop online , shop in-store all without problems for years now with this 2nd registered phone number [my cell] ! How many times does ppal wanna verify a phone I've verified several times already in the past without issue..? Looking at you ppal! |
