If my own address has already been used in the past; I can't use it again?

If I want to buy something , using a stealth account , on eBay, can I still use the same address?
Or should I keep things separate?

If this will be a buying account ONLY you can use the same account - assuming nothing too too serious with the limited/suspended account.
The second you try to sell something though youll get shut down fast.

Best not to reuse any information as it can be linked. But if its on a buyer only account and you vary your address a little, it should be okay
