PayPal funds still not showing after 'hold' removed...
Hi, Just wondered if anyone has had this before - I've had a buyer open a case on PayPal for an item which sold for £150, which resulted in PayPal putting the funds on hold, and therefore my balance was then 0. I tried to issue a refund, however it wouldn't let me, because the balance was 0 and I needed to have atleast £150 available (this is ridiculous but not the problem I have). The problem is, I then had to add £150 into my PayPal account from my bank, so I could issue the refund. I have just done this, the case is now closed, but the balance is still 0 - Where the hell has that original £150 gone??
