PayPal request email
 

A customer has received her order from me and has returned something in it she ordered wrong then opened a dispute asking for the refund 🙄
PayPal have emailed me asking me if I want to accept her request for a partial refund. Usually it gives me this option in paypsl but as she escalated it almost immediately they say I have to respond to the email.

My question is, is it safe to email PayPal? Can they see the details behind it? Although I use stealth, I have checked my emails from that email address in non stealth mode?

refund and move on pal that's my advice do not dispute with the customer as paypal will always side the customer with seller support

To answer your question, yes its 100% safe to email paypal from your email. They can't see all that stuff.

Just make sure that no images or attachments are loaded when you reply or send email.

Just refund them and move on

You will just be forced to accept the return if you try to dispute it so you will just end up wasting your time
