connect new paypal account after restriction
 

Hello,
A week ago my PayPal account was restricted permanently after 4 months and right after i became top rated seller on ebay! very upsetting
as you know paypal are very though and i couldn't convince them to revise there decision.
my question is, if i can connect new payapl account to my current ebay top rated seller account? if yes, how to do so?

Simple answer: no. You can't.

Long answer: yes, you can but for lots of reasons you're probably eventually going to get nailed again and lose your money forever, so still no.

^ what dallis posted is true.
But so far, i've been doing this, and none of my accounts were suspended due to this kind of activity. I got suspended accounts, but for the reason of selling high risk items.

ive done it many times and it works for awhile and btw you never really loose your money you just have to wait 6 months

Yeah, don't follow verificationguy's advice, people are now saying PP is refusing ever to release funds unless you can provide documentation that matches the IRS data you gave them, so that's pretty much forever.

There's a bunch of recent threads about this all over the forums.
