Question: Are you using the same computer/user account as the first back in NC?

If yes that's easier - I have used other state's IP numerous times for accessing the same PP but always using the same user account and PC for that pp account - no issues on my part with doing that. Keeps in the cookies in place

Yeah as long as you're using the same computer/browser you shouldn't run into any problems. I made a thread identical to this about a year and a half ago when I was scared about moving because my best account was running on my home IP at the time. The transition was seamless for me.

I frequently travel overseas from one country to another. Using the same laptop/browser w/cookies, so never an issue.

Another step you can take is to call them up and tell them you are out of the country, this ensures that whatever IP you're using won't cause you any issues.

Strangely PayPal accept people change address. If your cookies and user account are there still, you should not have problems.

Good Luck with the move.

Have you done this? I wouldn't call PP for matters like this /shrug

Yes, I have and I do.

I need the notes about what I am doing.

On my main account I use PayPal to purchase flights. Sometimes I deliberately buy a sector overseas. This let’s PayPal see I move around.
