 Can Paypal reverse payment from my unconfirmed citibank account?
Help! I recently sold a computer through ebay to a buyer in US. However he asked me to send to Ukraine, saying that he had moved there for work. Then he asked me to send him within 1-3days, even if it's over US$500 shipping fee. So ok he was very fast in payment through paypal, but it wasn't under his name and I did send him the computer the next day.
However on the 3rd day I received an email from Paypal saying that the payment was unauthorised and they have freezed my account. The thing is I have used 90% of the money to pay for other goods through ebay and my fear is that they will reverse payment from my unconfirmed bank account with Citibank? Right now there's a reverse amount in my paypal account now. Does anyone know if Paypal has the right to reverse charges from my bank account and give it back to the fraudster, especially it hasn't been confirmed yet.
Btw since I sent to a unconfirmed address outside USA< i know the chances of me winning this dispute is zero even though i have the email correspondence with this fraudster..:( http://www.aspkin.com/forums/images/...s/confused.gif |
