I did try to do some research on the topic, but this question has always puzzled me. So lets say I purchase a stealth account and I add my personal (new) bank account to it, won't the name on the PayPal account and my personal name on the bank account differ? Also same question for adding a 2nd CC to it. Wont that cause a big flag for PayPal?

Paypal cannot see the name of the bank account holder. As long as the bank itself has no issues with deposits being made from mismatching names you should be fine to use it.
And why would you assume adding a second credit card would be a red flag for paypal? Also, why would you need to add a second credit card on there...?

I was under the assumption that PP could see the names on the accounts. But it seems like it is just numbers to PP.
