Brand New Accounts Receiving $800 and Spending Insantly?

He received $800 and sent it out instantly on a fresh account. Since when does PayPal let this happen? Supposedly he said he can do this whenever he wants on any account, like it's a glitch or something...

Seems sensible to me. Why don't you ask?

Offhand I can think of several circumstances in which this is possible.

How do you send that money out of a new account like that? Account isn't even a day old...

If you pay close attention to that video it's clear the account is limited anyway. The red exclamation point with "There's a problem with your account" is a give-away.

A lot of these videos from youtube are just guys full of crap. Usually sending or receiving anything over even $100 on a brand new account is really asking for it.

What exactly would this be useful for? Stealing someone's money?

Why limit two or more accounts just to send around $800?

Paypal seems to make it pretty hard to actually steal money from paypal these days and it is a pretty small minded person who does.

Imagine how easy paypal would be to use if they did not have to fight off these people all day everyday?

Well...if i were to do something like that. I would first start off with a RDP setup dedicated fresh ip address never used. and start on a certain type of algorithm pattern i learned on paypal within the first week to slowly get the system to raise limits on paypal then send that large amount out or receive in. It is all about the IP address with paypal......static ip address fresh never used on creation of the paypal account......is a huge deal and will determine a certain type of limit for the paypal account from the get go.

I learned about this when i was creating paypal accounts with dirty socks5 proxies...and realized i couldn't even send out 1 dollar out of the account....

The way this guy went about doing what he did was sloppy.....and 800 bucks and a limitation.....pretty sloppy......generally i can move 4 figure sums within a few months without issues because I have my own algorithm pattern in terms of money movement to get the account to send big money in and out. But what I do requires that you have atleast 5k in your pocket to create the type of transaction history to make it as such.

I can send out 800 bucks like that on a new account....but 800 bucks is chump change.......i go for much bigger fish when i create an account.......

the thing that you also have to understand about paypal is that if you play the 800 bucks limitation game with a new account by doing it multiple times over and over their system i believe flags it and a team looks at what you did and puts measures in place to stop it. Their system frequents patterns of unusual activity...since paypal has billions of dollars I know they have a dedicated teams that corrects these situations.

You're talking months for a grand. And using $5000 to get it going lol. What does that have to do with anything in this thread? This is $800 in 1 day...

You can easily move a G after months without using 5Grand.

There is nothing that said this account was create the 11 Nov. when you change the mail you have to confirm it so he probably juste changed the mail but the account was made long time before...
