Best VPN/SOCKS/RDP for Stealth?

Where can I find some fresh, static IPs for my stealth accounts? I always used dirty socks5 and purevpn and those suck.

i like the way purevpn has a killswitch though, literally impossible for your real ip to leak. no other provider i know has a killswitch like them

Also, maybe you should stop using dirty socks5 and get clean ones.....you can always use clean ones.
