As to your question, it didnt cost me anything because of some connections I have. But even if they do charge you, it is indeed very little.

Just curious how is it even remotely feasible to bring PayPal to court for such little money? If you really are, the lawyer fees must out weigh whatever 1k they’re holding?

Hello, i am not sure if you can help me but I will try it at least..before I will write a letter to the court.
This afternoon paypal has closed my account. Yesterday , I received an email from them ( because this week i sold used iPhone and my account was imediatelly limited. I gave them all documents they were requested for + tracking number which i sent them another day.) yesterday i received email from them that they cannot confirm tracking number because it hasnot been delivered yet. They will check it once it will be delivered to the buyer. So i thought ok I will wait then. But this morning i received email I am a risk for them and they will close my account. My question is ... why did they do that? What i have done wrong? I am not a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ person the details I gave them were real!!! It is not a stealth account.. I live maybe abroad but i sent them everything they wanted. And now? I must wait 180 days for 300 gbp? Their customer service is poor. It is the worst service i have ever seen. Is there a possibility to help me please??? I really dont want to wait for my money and I definitelly didnt do anything high risk. All documents i can provide. Thank you

My tracking shows it in in transit from ( czech republic to greece)
I also Shared the document from post office i got with paypal.

But why did they do this??? They know i live abroad. They know buyer was from greece.
This i really dont understand :

Post office is not Superman it also take some time.
I provided all details + it is not stealth account but account with my real info
Sold only used iPhone for 300 gbp

We are all in the same boat, lodge a complaint through your local financial complaints organisation in your country so, paypal have to respond within 2-3 weeks with a valid answer to them. This will add pressure to them and in some cases you may get lucky and have ur account funds releases, also message them from the message centre in PayPal during your local business hours and they will respond back (eventually) and request the email address for your country for executive paypal escalation and write to them also.

I really do not know if you can help me but at least I can try. My gmail and paypal account was hacked and I lost all money. Interesting is that my account was permanently limited and money there were held by eBay for 21 days as I sold iPhone. My question is, will paypal help me to give my money back? I cannot log in as hacker added there security app systém.
I have never Shared my password anywhere. Can somebody please help me?

Ps my bank account or debit credit card wasnt added on paypal.

I sent them many emails but no reply. I want to call them tomorrow but i have heard they dont need to help

I used my phone everything is same i just cannot log in because he added there security app number which i dont have and i received email he transfered all money. From permanently limited account for me it is impossible and he did.

I cannot find out i only got email he transferred funds. He had to add some card or bank. I will let you know more tomorrow I am just in shock because this happened once in my life.

Has anyone actually been able to collect from Paypal after winning in small claims court in the US? That's what I want to know. I can't sue them in CA as I am in MA so how would I collect if I won? They could just ignore the judgement. Like they ignored my Demand letter. And BBB complaint. F***S I really hate them and want them dead

Hi I believe PayPal have legal rights to keep money for upto the 180 days 6 month I have had a look in to it and it seems thay are allowed
