VV activation

Vanilla Visa requires a matching name and SSN to activate a card. I don't get where people can get around this? I mean I could activate the card but there would be no stealth details so that I could match on PayPal.
Any explanation for me?

You need a Vanilla Visa Gift Card....Not just any Vanilla Visa card....

Yeah, you picked up a "Prepaid Vanilla Visa", as empirestate said...you need a "GIFT CARD" the keyword being "Gift".

No they don't. You have the wrong card. Go back and get the right one. You can use the wrong one to buy it, at least.
