I have an account which I never used a VPN on... always used IP tethering.. I want to become more organized now... If I was to get a fresh vpn from 24vc... do you think it will set a red flag for paypal? because I heard they detect VPNS

You need to do transactions on your new VPN to establish trust, 2weeks minimum.

when you say transactions? what do you mean? I don't use it to purchase... its only for selling

Use ipburger for vpn’s I find their the best, good customer service and I’ve never had issues with VPN, find some cheap items to sell even make a loss on them to build history and then slowly start adding other inventory. I would recommend purchasing the stealth book.

sorry for not saying... this account is 2 years old... I currently withdraw 700 a day... it has 200 feedback... and I sell 18000 a month

Wouldn't be an issue people switch from using tethering ips to fresh ips through VPN all the time, the only thing I'd advise would be to not make any big changes on the accounts for the first week or two

Such as change name, address, or anything like that
