PP asking to add debit card when I try to buy from overstock or kmart
Account is veryfied with vcc and is about 1 year old. Why does it happen? Something wrong with debit card? Or with IP address? The same thing happens with 24vcc dedicated VPN and with private proxy.

U only need choice right a card type: Debit
It dont work with prepaid card.

but are there non-prepaid virtual debit cards?? Paypal works just fine and verified. And I can buy from walmart and homedepot. But I can't buy from overstock and kmart. That is so weird

I also have similar problem. I have few Paypal accounts and all accounts are 1 year old, VCC verified, already received thousands dollars in these accounts and did lot of transactions.

But now I want to buy one GoDaddy monthly subscription but I can't buy. Although I have 4-5 times more funds in Paypal as compare to what I needed to complete purchase. But each time I am asked to add debit card or credit card.

I can buy from other sites using same Paypal account but can't from GoDaddy. I used different Paypal accounts but same result.

How to deal with?

GoDaddy doesn't accept PP funds, they just use PP to process Cards...

hmmm, this is not true. I am buying from GoDaddy with Paypal balance since 2 years and this problem just occur few months before. And I am assuming this problem is linked with shutdown of one major VCC provider.

I verified all (15+ ) Paypal accounts with SpectroCoin VCC and WaveCrest was VCC provider to SpectroCoin and hundreds other VCC bulk sellers. So since all these VCC are blocked and Paypal also keep eye on all these developments so I assume this might be one reason why Paypal is asking to add debit card or credit card.

Otherwise this might be problem with one account or two not with all accounts.

I just purchased same GoDaddy subscription with one Paypal account which is working and I used Paypal balance. It means GoDaddy accepts Paypal balance.

Any idea to replace Wave Crest blocked VCC in Paypal account. From where to get cheap VCC?

False.

I setup and paid for my current website with the funds from an unverified stealth account. I'm with Godaddy. They even do automatic annual payment drafts from said stealth account.

Yeah, it shows an error when I put card details. Says something about debit card provider. But can it be the reason why I can't buy gift cards or raise or cardcash(and all other websites)? Not VPN but vcc? SHould I try to add a new one? Which one would you recommend?

Is it bad that my first thought was they are probably wondering why anyone is buying off overstock and Kmart ?

A prepaid card, as others said, should work fine or as asked a VCC with AVS.

I am going to buy one with AVs of forum. ANd then let you know. I hope it won't get my acc suspended. But I have to try. Otherwise it is so hard to do business in that way.

Confused, all of my paypals (2 left) will ONLY let me transfer to attached bank account and I cannot pay for ANYTHING with paypal balance. Just a matter of time before yours are all like that.

Dude, he is not in the USA plus that comes into effect on the 19th for most everyone. It only effects USA accounts..
